Loveable AI Assistants is a registered DBA of Max S Ritty Global LLC, a United States limited liability company. Your receipt, invoice and any agreement are issued under that entity, and payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout.

What exactly is delivered?

A configured, working automation system inside your own accounts, plus written documentation of how it runs and how to change it. You are not renting access to a black box on our servers.

Will an AI be talking to my customers without supervision?

Only where you decide it should. Every assistant is built with explicit human-approval checkpoints. Anything that commits your business — pricing, scope, legal language, payment terms — routes to a person before it goes out.

What happens to my data?

Assistants run inside your own tools and accounts wherever the workflow allows. We request the narrowest access needed to build and test, and access is removed on request at handover.

How long does deployment take?

It depends on the assistant and how clean the source systems are. Scope is confirmed with you in writing before work begins, so the timeline is agreed rather than estimated after the fact.

What if it is not the right fit?

Do I have to buy a Care plan?

No. Every build is delivered complete and usable without one. Care exists because tools change and processes drift — it covers monitoring, tuning and monthly change requests, and you can cancel it at any time.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Most clients start with a single assistant, prove it, then add the rest of the pipeline. Anything you already paid for stays yours.
