How we operate
Scope before spend
Every engagement starts with a written scope of the workflow, the systems touched and the approval points. If we cannot describe the deliverable in plain English, we do not take the money.
Human authority stays with you
Automation drafts, routes and prepares. People approve anything that commits the business — pricing, scope, legal language and payment terms.
You own the asset
Assistants are configured inside your own accounts and handed over with documentation. Ending the relationship does not switch off your operations.
Claims we can evidence
No invented case studies, no borrowed logos, no statistics we cannot source. Published results are approved in writing by the client first.
Data handling
- Least access. We request the narrowest permissions required to configure and test your assistant, and nothing beyond the systems in the agreed scope.
- Your accounts first. Wherever the workflow allows, the assistant runs inside your own tools, under your own subscriptions and audit logs.
- Access removal on handover. Build-time access is revoked when the project closes, or at any earlier point you request it.
- Payments. Card payments are processed by Shopify. We never see or store your full card details.
Terms & refunds
Purchases are made from Max S Ritty Global LLC trading as Loveable AI Assistants. Each assistant is sold at the published price for the scope described on its product page.
Cancellation. If you cancel before configuration work begins, the purchase is refunded in full. Once configuration has started, the engagement is delivered to the agreed written scope; changes outside that scope are quoted separately before any additional work.
Not professional advice. Our assistants support accounting, legal, financial and administrative workflows. They do not constitute accounting, tax, legal or investment advice, and they do not replace your licensed advisors. Outputs should be reviewed by a qualified person before they are relied on.
Questions before you buy. If anything about scope, timing or fit is unclear, ask first. We would rather lose a sale than deliver something you did not expect.
